The rear bumper had to come off completely, ( and taillights) so the more difficult part was figuring out how to take the bumper off. Once i got one side of it the other was easy, came off, and diffuser was ust a few bolts and screws and snap off and on. Two ppl job though otherwise very big possibility of scratching stuff.

Thanks for all the positive comments, I will post more pics when my front is done.

BIG question to everyone - should i leave my trunk the way it is, debage it leaving lexus logo only, or put all Black chrome emblems?

Killer combo with the red and carbon. I'd debadge with black pearl emblems. Too bad they don't sell black pearl grille and window surround to tie everything together. Can't tell if you are lowered or not from your pics. If not, those mods are begging for a drop. Are you keeping stock wheels?

How long did it take to arrive? I checked their website and it's not in stock. Shot them a message and no response either.

Holy cow! 3 months? I can't wait that long for something I will purchase. I usually pick-up all my stuff directly from the store/distributor. I'm going to do the same thing with the Seibon products.

The rear diffuser looks great but it's really dwarfing your exhaust tips now... If I were you, I'd go and have some larger tips welded on to fill in the space. You can even buy some titanium greddy/hks tips on ebay and have a shop install them somehow so they stick out, that'll look sick. And that black mesh was a great idea!

Do you have dimensions for the exhaust openings on the diffuser?

Those tips and the muffler looks like my f sport exhaust. I would not chop off the tips to install aftermarket ones.. value will plummet like crazy. I'm really diggin' that rear though..
