Need more info:

Selling price
Residual percentage
Money factor

With the info you have provided, it does not sound like that great a deal - folks are leasing 350 f-sports with msrp around 48k for around that payment (24 months). I think they can do a lot better - especially with the 2015s right around the corner.

I have a 250 NON F-Sport and I'm trying to leave my lease. Would you be interested? It's 2000 down with 12k per year and it only has 4k miles on it. The payments would be 348 a month.

Just curious - is your lease through Lexus and do they have a mechanism to transfer a lease to another qualified individual?

Thanks,

Is this a lease you negotiated or was it a local lease deal going on?

Hmmm...sounding like they are willing to work on good lease deals whether they are running "specials" or not. Not quite financially ready but worried in missing a solid lease

Have they told you they have the lease residuals and money factor for the 2015? My dealer keeps telling me they don't have that and won't work with me on a price yet. Where is your dealer located?

I don't think that's very good. At the very least, you should be able to get that price with $0 down, and more than likely you can lower the monthly as well.

That's pretty much what I think too, and they run lease specials pretty regularly anyway, I wouldn't be too concerned. December is just around the corner.

They can do way better. Tell them you won't pay a dime over 380 or 400 and watch how fast the payment drops.
