Lexus Enform Remote--for 2015 3IS only?

I've pressed the SOS button 4 or 5 times to talk with them, and spoken with customer service on the telephone 2 or 3 times. They've reset my account and told me it would just take time. The status on my phone just went from "pending" to "failed." I'm about to just give up on the stupid thing and wait for Lexus to clean their crap up.
I have an LG G3.

I work at a Lexus dealership. The 14 IS's will not have the Lexus Enform Remote compatibility.
Also if you are trying to activate your 15 IS's for the app you need to get your activation code from the dealerships in order to hook the app up. Hope that helps

A software update wouldn't fix it even if it was available. There is a different receiver in the vehicle that allows it to pick the signal up from the Remote App. If that isn't in the car it won't work and since the Remote App was not offered in 2014 a software update wouldn't do anything.

If I live up north where it get's below zero I wouldn't hesitate, but it would **** me off to pay the annual fee though.

I have a 2015 and I've been using Enform App Suite with no problems. The other day, I got an email invitation to download the Enform Remote App. I did, and I created an account. I'm able to login on my phone app, as well as on the Lexus website.
But I can only get so far on my phone until it asks me to press the SOS button. I haven't tried it yet. But honestly, the whole registration and the fact that the Enform App Suite is a separate thing with separate login than the Enform Remote stuff seems rather disjointed and a bit buggy. You can tell this is a new thing for Lexus and it's half baked. Reminds me of the government healthcare website back when it was first launched.
