Chrome Window Trim Wrap
I am having these wrapped in gloss viny and the work was not up to my standards. Does anyone have any pictures up close of theirs, where they are happy with the smoothness and 100% coverage. I can still see chrome in areas etc.

I'm glad that you brought this up. I've been concerned with the notion of wrapping the trim and I was considering getting them all powdercoated instead (though I highly doubt that taking the pieces off would be an easy task).
Can you share what you paid for the wrapping, please?

I am taking it back on Wednesday. The installer guaranteed my satisfaction. I have already decided to go with the black grille surround with the club lexus discount on the sewell website. Cant get much more perfect than an OEM painted part!! Will keep you guys posted on the outcome for the window trim. Interesting idea on wrapping the rubber also. Do you have pics, Seems like the vinly would not stick well to the rubber but if that makes it look cleaner i will bring that up. Close up pics would be great if you can get them.

I've done plenty of wraps in my time, and i can tell you that the window trim is definitely not fun. I did mine myself. To get the edges perfect is very difficult. After a few tries, i ran out of material to try it more. The rubber edge just is just a tough edge to deal with when trimming the vinyl.
Because i did gloss black, i ended up taking some black silicone and smeared it into the edges of chrome that was still visible. It was a decent cover up. Not very noticeable at all. Plus the black silicone will rub off later on when i decide to take it off.
Here's some pics of mine:
