The F-Sport comes with high friction pads and they're known and expected to throw up a lot of dust like that. I have the F-Sport as well and don't like how dirty the front wheels get after I wash the car but it's not a huge deal breaker for me.
When it comes time to replace my pads, I will not be replacing them with in-kind. I'll definitely put on a set of regular or low-dust pads.
