Default Clearbra and cquartz finest.....is it worth it?

I'm planning to clearbra and cquartz finest my car. It will cost almost $2500 tax in. In term of reselling value, do you think having normal wear and tear such as rock chips, and not having it at all due to being protected by clear bra will cause the different in selling price of at least $2500?

Will used car buyers spend at least $2500 more on a car that have no rock chips and protected with clearbra and cquartz finest?

Definitely won't see that $2500 back on resale (likely less ROI than any other option). Maybe see a few hundred extra on resale after 5 years if the paint is perfect, but nothing significant. Film likely need changing out after 5 years anyways.

if your car is in just 1 not at fault accident for repairs kiss that 2500 goodbye.

So if there is no big difference in resale value between used cars with clearbra and cquartz finest and without, why people still get them?

So your not compaling about EVERY rock chip that hits your Hood, Bumper, Fenders, Mirrors & Lights..

Seriously, it keeps the front end clean.. I can peel off the film on my ISF with 90k miles..
The soft paint will be chip free with only 50 miles

just for your own personal satisfaction and gratification. I wouldn't pay $2,500 more for the same car without rock chips

Exactly. This is for a "i want my car to look as close to perfect as I can, for as long as I can" cost.

I reputable clear bra install should not run more than $500 to $750..

Not sure i know enough about cquartz finest to comment on it.

At the end of the day it's your car... Choose wisely..

One is charging $1250 for full hood, full front fender, and full front bumper. Or, $850 for full hood, partial front fender, and full front bumper. They use Avery Nano Fusion. Thoughts?

I made the mistake of not getting it on my 2nd gen IS 250 boy did I regret it. I had so many rock chips from daily driving, I had to repaint the whole front end.

agreed. i mean, i wouldn't buy a car covered in rock chips anyhow, but if i had to, $2,500 wouldn't be recouped.

it'd be spent for your own satisfaction.

and why are you spending so much? i had my car coated in cquartz finest and i also had ppf (xpel ultimate) installed and it didn't come close to $2,500. i think i spent, like, $1,800 or so.

The store asks for $1700 plus tax to cover full hood, full front bumper, full front fender, A-pillars, partial front roof, rocker panels, trunk ledge, and headlights. I don't know much clearbra you have on your car.
The cquartz is additional $700.

I don't have $2500 to throw away, but I hate to see rock chips on my car. However, I also want to make sure that if I have clearbra and cquartz on, it will add great value to resale which some people here said no. I'm torn and can't decide.

I'm leasing right now and maybe I am going to keep the car if I still like the car at the end of lease and the condition of the car. But I am worried that I got bored of the car at end of lease and spent $$$$$ already on it only to have it returned to dealer.

Ouch cquartz for $700? that's expensive. I was quoted $400 for cquartz and $250 for opti-coat.
