Okay here we go.

Monthly lease $420 including tax
I got free tint and the 16000 km free service

I got $2,138 additional discount on top of the $500 incentives so total of $2,638.
They also covered the first two lease payments (value of $840)

On the end of lease, I need to pay $300 purchase option fee if I decide to buy the car out. I assumed I still need to pay sales tax on top of the residual value and the fee??

What else do you need?

I guess I will have to cancel my flight to Canada to lease a bunch of IS 350 F Sports then
As far as your lease goes, we need to know the MSRP of the car, how much did you put down on the lease from the trade, the MF or interest rate on the lease. We have the length of the lease and the buy out price so we can figure it out from there.
$25,000 is a good buy out price if you are going to buy the car after the lease, but because the buy out is low your lease payment is higher.

Not sure what you are looking for here, are you looking for the total price of the car, monthly payment or what. Your credit rating has to be considered before you would get the .9% rate. Also are you putting up a down payment. As far as out the door price, someone from CA will have to answer your question, I don't know what your taxes and things are. I do know that CA buyers are getting anywhere from 3 to 5 thousand off MSRP.
