In any case of leasing and modding, just bring back the car the day you took it out, no problems.
Spacers are used for better handling performance/looks. I went with 25f/20r, fronts with 25 will be more flush than 20.

Guessing this http://www.frsport.com/GReddy-125190...2_p_51145.html will be a Greddy Intake that fits 2014 IS?

I'm leasing my 250 AWD, I have RS*R Down Springs on the way, would've gotten Super Downs but the streets in NYC are killer! I called my dealer first. You can swap out whatever you want, I recommended just bolt-on parts because you can swap it back before you turn the car back in.. Also whatever is proven to be damaged from the aftermarket part, is void from warranty, BUT has to be proven it came from that specific part.

Most spacers you buy are banned for track use. So they are mostly for "looks". The correct way to do it is to buy wheels with the correct offsets.
