Thanks everyone! You all have given me a lot to think about. I have driven both cars and while the Audi S5 is faster... the IS 350 is still more-than-adequate in that arena and a lot more reasonable in price. Furthermore, the Lexus is more edgy and aggressively styled (more of a "head-turner"), which is what I have been used to with my CTS Coupe (I hate to say it but my ego loves it that wherever I go, I get compliments on my car). The Audi S4/S5, on the other hand, is identical to the A4/A5... and I see almost as many of those on the road as I do the BMW 3-Series and the Chevy Cobalt.

I can agree with the common part... I had a 3 series before. Great car but holy crap its EVERYWHERE. The 3IS still isn't so common and people are always intrigued by it
