Hello everyone. i drive a 2014 is250 F sport and I just have a simple question and requesting a solution. My puddle lights don't turn on at all. It was to my understanding that the puddle lights are a standard feature of this car, yet it doesn't turn on. Help?

Try checking your settings. Go to Settings, then Vehicle and then Lighting I believe. There should be an option in there for Puddle (or maybe labeled as Welcome) lights. Going from memory here so my wording won't be exact but the option is there. If your option shows that it should be on than it might be a blown fuse.

Puddle lights only work when your car is locked. Lock the car then walk to the door they should come on.

Puddle lights won't work if you have your exterior light timer (delay) set to 0. Delay has to be set to a value other than 0.
