Default What is it suposed to do?

On the steering wheel of my IS350 F Sport, I have a button that moves the speedometer to the right, and then back to center again, the button next to it has a reverse arrow, but it doesn't seem to do anything. The owners manual says back to previous screen, but what previous screen?

When you go to audio tab in speedometer gauge and then press enter it will take you to audio source screen, pressing back button will take you back to previous screen. Whenever you're inside a submenu back button takes you back to previous menu. It's only used for gauge menus only doesn't apply to Nav screen.
