For those who are looking for a little cheaper solution I use Duragloss 901 for my soap. The soap foams like crazy and glides back and forth on the paint very very easily. Plus is smells like cherries for the added bonus.

For sponges I go to my local home depot and pick up a 3 pack of tile sponges which are some of the softest I can find.
