Cruise control and your feet
This is going to sound like a silly thread, but I am struggling to find a place to put my right foot when on cruise. The AWD hump and the closeness of the brake make it hard for me to find a spot to rest my foot. I have been leaving it resting on the gas but I feel like I have to hold my foot back...so that it is not pushing the pedal.
I have never had a problem with this before, just such a small area at the feet on this car.
Anyone else notice the same thing?

What if you just bend your leg a bit more and rest it in front of the pedal, flat...? That's what I do with the left and right foot, and just alternate for whichever needs more rest at the time

I typically end up with my left leg bent and pulled up high while sitting slightly more to the right with my right leg still down by the pedals in case i need to use them. I though the is a good resting spot at times, i also have found that depending on how i am sitting plus how my leg is resting, that part of my leg starts feeling like its going to sleep, not to mention the heat that comes off the bump.
I wonder why they didn't put it on the passenger side. Oh well i still love my IS.
