Default 2015 lexus is350 f sport lease

First, I want to thank everyone on this forum for sharing their experiences, expertise, and positive and negative feedbacks. I have learned a lot about leasing from all of you!
New member to this forum, 1st post on this forum, 1st time leasing a car, 1st time customer with Lexus.
After a lot of reading, I started my shopping process by emailing every internet manager for every lexus dealership in SF bay area, Norcal, and a few in Socal. I did a simple “google” search, looked under the “meet us” section and started sending out emails. If I wasn’t able to find their emails, I just left a message under the “contact us” section, stating I’m looking for a 2015 Lexus IS 350 f sport, ML audio/navi, blind spot, floor mats, trunk net, wheel locks.
Here’s what I got from emails and phone conversations. I know verbal quotes don’t mean ****** but it was a start. All prices before tax, title, license fees. I was looking for 10-15% off msrp.
Freeman, Valley, Fresno, Bakersfield, Concord, Monterey: no response
Redwood city: $43055 (phone)
Marin: 4K off msrp (email)
Pleasanton: 4K off msrp (email)
Oakland: won’t send prices via email. Don’t know why
Roseville: $44795 (email)
Sacramento: $43935 (email)
SJ: $45755 (email)
Fremont: $4K off msrp (email)
Glendale: $45000 (email)
Keyes Van Nuys: 4K off msrp (email)
Longo: $44500 (phone)
Santa Barbara: $44895 (email)
So here is my deal: I decide to go to Putnam lexus because of the $43055 quote over the phone. 36 month/36K miles.
Selling price: $43055.
Residual: 63%=30655
MF: .00018 (max 9 MSD’s)
Drive off: $998
MSD: $3375
Doc fee: $80, Acq Fee: $700, License fee: $393
Rebates/Incentives: $1000 new grad + $500 Lexus IS 250/350
Monthly Payment: $363 with tax (Cali 9%) x 35 months
Took delivery yesterday on my 2015 Lexus IS 350 F sport, ML audio/navi, blind spot, tint windows, trunk net, floor mats, wheel locks.
What do you guys think? What could I have done better? What areas can I improve in for the next lease? Thanks again everyone!

Great job - this is textbook on how to get a great lease deal.

I'm guessing the msrp was around $49k so great price, and great use of MSDs to get the money factor to almost nothing.

Congrats and have fun with your new IS!!

Congrats

Sounds like a solid deal - what was the selling price and money factor?

Did you consider using the $3k for MSDs?

You still got a very decent deal - the MSD info will come in handy next time around.

It sounds like everyone here is getting great deals. I want to be in the $350-400/month range.

Anyone have a contact at a dealer in Southern California? I'm looking for an Atomic Silver 350 F-sport with all the goodies.

I've contacted Desert Lexus and Newport and they both want $499/month plus taxes on a 3 yr/30k mile lease. No thanks. I'm waiting on a response from Longo and Cerritos.

Selling price: $46,500
Residual: $31,391

I'm willing to max out MSD's to lower the money factor.

Thank you in advance!

Mathematically, I think it's the best term to get the cheapest monthly payment to lease this specific car, but yes I do also like that new car smell!
