Just came back from the dealer yesterday and this is the deal I landed after emailing several dealers in the Charlotte NC/SC region.

27 month/10k lease
MSRP: $47,512 (F-sprot, NAV, BSM)
Adjusted price: $43,254
Cap cost (inc. acquisition, tint, digiguard, nitro, doc fees) = $44,933
Residual = 71%
MF = 0.0009 - 0.00064 (8 MSD's @ 0.00008 ea) = 0.00026
Monthly = $435 + 3% state tax
Sign-and drive.. $0 down payment

Reflecting back on it, I could have probably gotten lower on the adj price, it was one hour before closing and wanted to settle on something.
That's pretty good!! I'm in Charlotte as well ... did you go to Hendrick?

I just picked up mine 2 days ago identical color scheme but my MSRP was 49k and change.

I put $2470 out of pocket $481/mo 30 month 10k lease - Located in NJ

Your deal def seems great.

I did the test drive at Hendrick Northlake but they didn't have the color combo i wanted (SLM and Rioja). In the end I went with Jim Hudson in Columbia. Emailed all the big dealers in the NC region and all came back with an initial quote of $4-$5k off msrp for a $47,512 car which was surprising. Thought I was going to have work harder for those deals here in the carolinas... maybe it has to do with the Command Performance Event going on now as the dealer incentives seemed pretty favorable.

I got a 2015 fully loaded is350 f sport with the optional spoiler. I don't know the details on the deal, such as the residual and money factory, but I put $2k downpayment on a 24 month lease 7500 miles/year (barely drive 6k miles a year) and I'm paying $349 including SoCal tax.

I'm guessing you have no replies because folks are probably reluctant to be frank with you. It sounds like you did not do much pricing research prior to your deal. If you look through the deals on this board, you'll see CA is a great market to buy or lease a Lexus. As a reference, we leased our 2014 IS350 in Oct - 500 drive off, 24 month/10k, 463 a month incl tax (msrp 48,298). Some folks did even better.

The good news - you got a great car - congrats and enjoy!

By the way, who was the dealer?

SoCal - Lexus of Escondido - near San Diego. They offered us a great discount right from the start on a remaining 2014 just as the 2015s were coming out - there was also 800 dealer cash on the 2014s and Lexus finance had $1k loyalty cash at the time.

Good luck with your shopping - be patient and contact as many dealer Internet Departments as you can - you'll get a good deal.

I am looking to transfer my lease. Norcal

2015 IS350 F Sport (pretty much all upgrades-retailed 49k+)
3600 Miles
449/Mo Taxes included
27 months/10k
I believe 21 Months remain

I have no idea where to start or how to do this. Anyone have any experience or guidance on how I can get something started?

Thanks!

I've been looking into taking over a lease. You just need to find a person to take over the lease, there's a $400 transfer fee and the person taking over needs to go into a lexus dealership and get approved by LFS.

I got a lease on a 2015 350 IS F sport with BSM, Nav, cargo net.

I did a one time payment which turned out to be $15504 for 36/mo 10k/yr mileage allowance. Would have been $2k cheaper if I weren't in NC.

What selling price (cap cost) is your lease based on and what was the total msrp?
