Yes the offset stated is accurate . Go verify for yourself using the link provided.

I also know because I bought them.
The factory offsets on the 18" f sport are 45 and 50 (frt/rear). As the wheel width increases some adjustment to the offset needs to occur to also keep the proper backspace for suspension clearance.
