Default Display Emails on Screen

I use the Samsung Note 3, and after pairing my phone over bluetooth with the 3IS, new sms messages come up on the console screen and gives me the option to have the car read the contents of the message.

In the options, i see that we can set notification tones for incoming calls, sms, and emails.
i've been getting a few emails in the car, but nothing notifies me on the screen.

does anyone have experience with emails showing up on your console screen?

iPhone 5 user, nope don't believe it's supported. Not quite sure of the reasons why.

On Galaxy S3 with stock firmware 4.3 no sms and no emails on console screen.
The problem is in android and its protocols, not in the car...

And in another old android smartphone (firmware 2.2...) even contacts are not paired with the car. Just answer the calls but can't see the name, only the number!
