TRD offers painted and non-painted. As I remember…I think the painted one has three colors to choose from:
-Black
-White
-Silver

It cost me about $1100 for the painted one. Shipping doesn't add much to it, $30-ish maybe?
Don't quote me on the shipping cost, I'm not sure, I'm picking it up locally.

I like both the stock and my current look(just the bottom vinyl, or eye liner if you would call ) of the tail lights. I just think it would stand out more . but now for sure not to put more vinyl.

I just did a red out so there is no clear plastic on my taillight. I also like it cause the turn signal is now red instead of yellow.

Where did you order the red outs from?

Just buy the sheets from http://www.lamin-x.com you cut the rough shape out put them on they taillight. Try to do it dry and stretch it with a heat gun or hair dryer or if you you never done something like this mix water and baby shampoo to apply it. Once you have it on use an exact I knife to cut but be care not to cut too deep and scratch your tail light. Just take your time.

The black vinyl on OP is Tacky.. IMO
