Default Destination assist not working.

This weekend I tried using destination assist and it wasn't working. It would connect but I couldn't hear the rep on the other end. Anybody else experiencing this?

It happens. Use SOS and let them know. Your dealer may not have initially signed you up yet also, so confirm they enrolled you into Enform and the first free year

We use them from time to time and explain it's a test. They can check the signal is being properly sent among other things. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, bring it to the dealership and have a Lexus Delivery or Technology Specialist assist in doing it.

The reason I asked was because a friend used it and a cop shows up 5 min later, it wasn't life or death emergency but just stranded situation. Cop told them never to use SOS unless it's real emergency.

Odd, usually the Operator wouldn't dispatch the police if you've talked to them and assured the situation was not dire

I know the dealer signed me up because it was working before this weekend. I think I'll just have to call the service department and possibly take it in.
