so after a week of rubbing in the rear i finally made my way to granada hills and visited Tony. Great guy and great work. If you've ever seen your rear wells theres not much you can do to the fender. Can't pull the fender otherwise it would look weird where it meets the bumper. Its already rolled pretty nicely from the factory so Tony just shaved anything he could back there. and on the 1.5 hour drive back home...no rubbing! If you are going to get close to the aggressiveness of this setup definitely see Tony before you mount anything =)
i didnt want to make a thread for this question since that would be a waste, but i was hoping that maybe the OP could shed some light on this since its similar to your setup.
thoughts on 19x10 et 35-40 on a 245-35 in the front? i know its pushing it, but a square concave setup front and back is what id like to pull off.

good call on not wasting a thread. =) that is a very similar setup. If i had the choice...i wouldn't have gone with anything bigger than 9.5 in the front. my 18x10 +39 actually hit the knuckle and wouldn't fit without a 5mm spacer. so i guess is my wheel had an offset of +34 it would've fit. it does stick out a tiny bit past the fender but because I'm going for the track look, I'm ok with it. without getting some negative camber in the front i don't think you'd be able to bag and slam it.
you'll clear anything in the rear. well...i mean theres more room but the issue with this car is the fender. even though they're rolled from the factory, they taper back in a bit. after some minor fender shaving the setup didn't rub anymore.
if you want to go square id go 9 or 9.5 all around. otherwise go 9 in the front and 10.5 in the rear. and if you really want to stick with the 10s in the front you need a tire that stretches. i have a very square togo R1R 265/35/18s in the rear and those are not stretch friendly. in the front I'm using the stock 255/35/18s which stretch really well. and there hasn't been a hint of rubbing in the front.
hope that helps!

I just got the Ark GRIP prototype exhaust on it yesterday. I think they moved my Ark thread into the performance section of the 3IS forum so keep on the lookout for some videos.

The front brakes sprinkle brake dust like there is no tmrw.
