this is why you tell the police its a really bad accident (when they come tell them in your terms its very bad) and have them come out anyways.

im not risking someone reversing the story and not having other witnesses when it comes to my car.

... but you're wasting the time an agent could use to answer a much more important call, like an armed robbery, dangerously positioned accident, etc. I hope no police officer reads your post. Your car isn't more precious than a life.

But the IS350 don't come in manuals. It's more likely that the other driver wasn't paying attention and let go of her brakes. And since most cars are auto, shlt like this happens.

Yes but the agents don;t know that hence why they always ask as might be a possibility for the front car to slide if manual. I had one sliding like this and almost touch my bumper. Luckily he manage to figure the spot on the clutch and move ahead.

Well, I wasn't on a hill at all and they should know it since I told them the location of the accident. On the other hand, the other party was coming down a ramp, so what do you know? I don't think it's even worth it for the insurance to try to side with her when logical thinking is my victory suppose. What do you know though, seems like insurance these days can come up with some pretty creative thoughts of what could have happen to be my fault lol.
