This was in another thread and claims to have to the F-Sport exhaust. Sounds great but I dk if its the correct exhaust. Looks like there in Dubai or somewhere?

I chose the f-sport exhaust for two reasons:
1. I don't want to have this very loud sound of other exhaust systems. The problem with that is the actual torque and hp don't back up the that super car sound. It will look like my car sounds loud but doesn't have the guts to keep up with it. That is the problem. So more modest sound will match its actual performance. I just cant stand this generic camry sound that comes with the stock system.
2. It is Lexus authorized exhaust which wont, hopefully, create any problems with warranty claims if something happens. This may not be something to worry about but I feel better when I have Lexus authorized parts on my car.

If one were to order the F-sport exhaust from the dealer, where does the dealer get the exhaust from? Do they also order from Sewell? Thinking it will be cheaper to buy it here myself. How's the install? I have never done any exhaust installation (any welding/cutting involved?). How long does it usually take for an exhaust system to cool down before it is safe to swap the OEM out for this, cause I wouldn't be doing this install at home in my apartment parking lot.

It wont take long at all to install just a few bolts and hangers. Show your dealer what sewell has it for right now and see if they can beat it, my dealer could beat the price but they have to charge me TN taxes so that would make it more than Sewell since they dont. I think ima just order it today. Screw it, im sure ill change 15 times in the course of owning the car

Show your dealer what sewell has it for right now and see if they can beat it, my dealer could beat the price but they have to charge me TN taxes so that would make it more than Sewell since they dont. I wanna hear sound clips too, but im scared if I dont grab it right away the super sale is going to be gone. Its almost 500 off MSRP to CL members and i called sewell and they said that price could end any day. The F Sport exhaust for the older models is still 1300+ so this is a deal we better jump on i feel like.

Cabin noise from intake is quiet nice for 3IS. Just enough noise for me, definitely better than 2IS stock intake. If I add an exhaust I'm afraid it will be too obnoxious. Some people didn't like F-sport exhaust on 2IS, it was too loud in cabin and outside. Wait for someone to post clip before making decision.

Just got home from the dealership. Spoke to the parts manager personally about it and he was able to order the F-Sport exhaust and honored the discounted price from Sewell, sort of. Got it for $1150 which includes freight. Basically came out to the same. Should be here Saturday morning, so hoping to have it installed on saturday.
