Default New Wheels, need spacers?

Current vehicle is 2014 IS350, I'm wanting to put on -

18" LEXUS ISF STYLE WHEELS

Make Alloy
Structure One Piece
Finish HYPER SILVER
Front Size 18X8
Offset +40
Rear Size 18X8
Offset ET +40
Bolt Pattern 5X114.3
Hub Bore 73.1

Plan to run 245/40/18 all around, obviously I'll need 73mm OD x 60.06mm ID hub centric rings, not sure if I'll need any spacers since the front and back are the same size? thanks.

Spacers would probably not be required but would make it look a lot better since the width is only a 8" and the offset is high like the oem wheels.

If you want to go conservative on the spacers, yet still get the a bit of a wider look and keep the OEM nuts and lugs, consider 5mm spacers. It's what I have, you can see my Build thread in my sig below.
