Hey guys im new here its my very first post!
Im having so many issues with my 2014 IS250 F SPORT! Not only with my navigation screen but also with my keyless entry system
Unit reboots at times when using various navigation/Bluetooth® operations.
• Display turns black or white, freezes, flashes, or is slow to respond.
• Intermittently cannot play Pandora® or iHeartRadio, Bluetooth® Audio, DVD, or iPod.
• Bluetooth® functions are inoperative or cannot change to Phone screen.
• Cursor is not shown, freezes, turns black, or is slow to respond.
• Cannot use customized images or other settings.
• Cannot select applications from the HOME screen using the cursor.
The list goes on and on
(mine is also in the latest software/firmware versions as well ) But with my keyless entry system as well. When you grip the driver door side handle to unlock the car im having a intermediate problem typically 3 to 4 times a week sometimes where it will not unlock the drivers door but it will unlock all remaining doors! When this happens i have to open the back door reach around with my hand & open it from the inside just to gain access to the vehicle Its crazy!! I purchase my vehicle on July 1st 2013 (Very first one at the dealership) Purchase At Lexus of Jacksonville (closet dealership to the port as well) & it has been back to multiple dealerships since (Lexus of Jacksonville, Lexus of Mobile, Lexus of new orleans etc) over 8 times since taking ownership of the vehicle & the dealership has keep the vehicle for a cumulative total of 18 days Lets not even mention the whole Loaner Vehicle Issue (denied due to not meeting the age requirement??) Resulting in me Having to be in rentals vehicles while they attempted to figure out what in the H#$~! is going on with it! They replaced every possible part you can imagine including the navigation screen. I finally just decided enough is enough & filled for Lemon Law around December 1st with NCDS & my hearing was today.. Pretty much they agreed to repurchase my vehicle.. & pay for rental expensive gas etc The arbitrator's & Lexus Head Quarters couldn't believe it. Lexus at one point stated they want to know what was going on with this vehicle now! I Had video proof on my phone of it happening as well. after them attempting to fix it several times.
Has any one else experience any of these keyless entry issues?!!

Just some friendly advice here. I would recommend you take down the photo of the signed document at minimum. If I were you I'd delete the entire post until everything is finalized and you are rid of the old car and have your new car in your possession. I assume Lexus would not like you advertising this. I assume if they catch wind of you publicizing the information their offer to sell you a new IS350 "at cost" will probably no longer be on the table.

PS Also one of the Lexus rep today at the hearing (Regional Field Tech Supervisor Specialist) Gave me his card & his personal cell phone # & he said that not saying you are, but if you do buy another IS ill be more than happy to see about getting you the top of the line IS350 F SPORT vs the 250 which i own now. He also stated dont even worry about the price?? (Im assuming they would sell it to me at their cost)
I Hope he really has the authority to make that kind of call and goes on his word!

Yeah I agree with bradtopp. Just remove your post as quickly as you can at least the piece of information that can trace you and your deal (remove the license plate number and that paper with numbers and all the pictures anyway)
