I've got the same issue. I ordered my IS350 back in Nov and haven't heard anything from the dealer yet.

You guys should be getting build week, anticipated shipping date, and when shipped, name of vessel. Once the ship has arrived, you should also be able to get when the vehicle is accepted at the port and the anticipated ship date from the port. All available from the dealer through the distributor. You may just have to become a pest. I did. I told them they had my deposit money and I needed some info. Money talks! Good luck.

Don't feel too bad. I put the deposit down on my IS on September 21, one day after the ordering cut off so it didn't get ordered until late October. It was built last month and shipped last week. I'm hoping to get it late next week as it is scheduled to hit Cali on Wednesday. All told I've been waiting four months for my car to get here. I feel your pain, but that's what happens when you special order a car like this.

I ordered mine two days after Thanksgiving, order was accepted by Lexus around 20 Dec (confirmed by dealer) and as of last week the dealer did not have any updates. If what CtsFox says is correct I should be getting my build week any time now. I hope.

The dealership is fine.. my salesman is awesome. I just wish they can get more info.. I've been patient the first 2 and 1/2 months. but after 3 months with no update at all, it has become ridiculous.

That's strange since I ordered on 9/23 with all F Sport options and my car arrived at dealer on 1/6. I would have gotten it sooner (by 12/23) had it not took 4 weeks to get to MN from Portland after it arrived from Japan on 12/6. Fortunately for me it came just in time to take advantage of DTR rebate.
