Couple problems Lexus needs to address:
-You can't have all of the tech and luxury goodies on the F-Sport currently...Wtf? Ventilated seats? Leather? etc
-The mouse joystick thing needs to go. It was a nightmare to use in a friend's IS350. This trackpad isn't going to be any better. They need a **** or go touch screen.
-Lexus's 3.5L engine is a total dud for this segment. So underpowered compared to everything else. It is worse that they don't let you have the 8 speed transmission with the AWD. The 2.5L engine is rubbish too. Does not fit persona of the car.
-The IS is so behind in technology. No around view cameras, no forward distance control, no lane keep assist, no heads up display. This car has the about the technology as my 2007 G35x. It is 2014 now. They need to put more tech into the car.
-The AWD hump in the IS is horrendous. Intrudes into driver foot well too much.

The 3.5 V6 has the power in the right portions of the power band, but I would like to see a torque bump, as it seems to be stuck in the same VQ range.
My hope is that the 2.5 liter is replaced by a turbo 4 cylinder with at least 250hp. I'm not sure the AWD model is necessary for this model, but would love to see an AWD sport back.
Just to put my opinions into perspective her is a quick list of my last 4 vehicles

As someone that uses the joystick on a daily basis, I will be the first to say that I think the complaints are completely overblown. Though it is not as intuitive as a click wheel it is very easy to get used to.
