In the manual it says auto-tilt side mirrors in reverse but mine does not tilt.
i've read other threads of being able to program where you first need to adjust in reverse gear or make sure L or R is selected/not selected etc but nothing works?

Does anyone know if this is a feature that can be programmed by a dealer on a 2014 IS250
or is this just part of the sport or luxury package?

I think it's part of luxury pkg. If you don't have this pkg you cannot program it to enable it.

I have this feature but find that I use my mirrors when backing up, so it's turned off. I would rather focus on what's behind me more than the pavement under the car. However, it would be useful when parallel parking.
