Hi All,

Subject pretty much says it all. I'm having an absurd issue with my local dealer who claims they're "not sure" if ML audio is available on the F-Sport. Yes, I'm working with another dealer as well, but I'm trying to cover all my bases.

Many thanks. Obviously I don't need/want the VIN, etc. Just enough to show the combo exists.

It's on the Lexus website, and in the IS booklet that the dealer has. It's also in their order guide.

it exists. enough said. go to the lexus website. if they don't know the combo is available they don't deserve your money.

ML does not come with AWD to dealers the Northeast in their normal allocations. However, it is entirely possible to special order ML with AWD F Sport in this region. One is sitting in my garage right now.

there is a white with red interior IS 350 AWD fully loaded at my dealerships lot i just saw it a couple hours ago and it has ML

Yeah, he is in New York though. I know the Pacific Northwest routinely receives AWD with ML, while the Northeast does not. The dealer can easily special order one for the OP.

I have no idea why the northeast doesn't get ML in their allocations in AWD vehicles. Pretty poorly thought out.

I realize the F-Sport & ML combo exists; the dealer is being difficult about this for reasons I can't figure out, and my intent was just to have something incontrovertible to put in their face. No, they don't deserve my business (for reasons beyond this) but based on other posters here they are the only dealer in the area willing to negotiate on an order. Considering that they seemingly have agreed to order a car at invoice, I'm willing to suck it up and deal with the treatment if it saves me a couple grand.

Yes, I am working with other dealers as well but with everyone trying to sell from stock to close out the year, it's rather frustrating.

I suspect that the bottom line is the dealer just does not want to special order a vehicle.

yea sounds like the dealer is dragging its feet on a special order and wants you to buy a car thats on the lot already
