Lfa style wheels installed!
K guys I know several of you have been waiting to see the final outcome. Having some problems getting the TPMS programmed at the tire shop so I had to come to the dealer to get that fixed. I just hope they don't charge me an arm and leg to reprogram them.
Anyway my first stop was at home to make another attempt to stuff the rear wheel into the fender as far as I can to see if there was going to be any rubbing. I put 2 bricks under the tire and jacked up the opposite front wheel to try to simulate a load in the rear, despite my best effort I could not get it up in the fender any more than is shown here, I don't think they will rub though.
I snapped a couple pics as they took it in for service so I will share those now.

it's also a leased vehicle so i wouldn't want to mess with it anyway.
i am happy to report the ride quality is every bit as good as the factory and might be a tad quieter then the factory tires.
I was a little off in the speedo calculation, instead of the speedo reading 1 mph high, it now reads about 1 mph low. but there is a lot of tread depth on the new tires so i think in time things will even out.
given the choices though if i went 265 the rears would look to narrow on the rims in my opinion. i need to find a couple people to sit in the back and put the tire on the bricks again to see if i can get the wheel up in the well more to verify it will not rub.

i did not look at the front but the tech who was looking said it came pretty close to touching the inner fender with the 235 and the 235 is .08% different to the rear at 275/30 very similar to stock as far as front to rear wheel speeds. i wanted to maintain that.
if you go larger in front i think you'll find you trip the trac threshold easier if you have any wheel spin at all.
if i had to pick the perfect tire i would also go wider in front and back but these look pretty good to me and weren't terribly expensive.
if you went any wider in the front you might want a larger offset because i think the edges of the tire will swing too wide and hit the inner fenders
i havent driven very much but been through several driveways and have not heard any rubbing at all.

Looks great. Was thinking of getting these wheels but is it just the angle, or do the wheels poke out just a tiny bit in some pics? But one pic show them inside the fenders.

but the pic looking at the rear drivers side is a pretty accurate representation. i would call them slightly less than flush looking front to back or back to front with the tops of the wheel wells and along the side lines of the car.
i just added some clear bra to the rear area behind the rear tires as i know stuff will get kicked up there.
but overall i can tell there is more grip and the turning response is quicker.
