Default DIY: Rear Tail Lamp Removal

Anyone come across a DIY on the removal of our real tail lamps?

I’d like to spray tint them myself…

Okay; thanks; just don't want to break anything, clips or otherwise...

Use one of these - can be picked-up at AutoZone / Advance Auto or similar in your area. Not expensive...

It's in your manual.

Having some body work done and discussed having rear lamp tinting ‘included’.

Shop said they're not able to include if they have to remove the lamps, but that they can include if the lamps are left on and masked. I agreed.

Shop called to say they’re almost done, but not able to easily do lamps on the car and that even if they were to remove them, the bumper would have to be removed to remove the lower reflectors.

Anyone have any idea if it’s true the rear bumper has to be removed to remove the reflectors!?

Thanks.

It's in your manual!

Cliff notes:
Remove the 2 circular covers
Remove with a 8 or 10 socket
Press down against the side of tail light against the car gently and pull at the same time
I just used the plastic pry tools and gently pryed against the rear of the car and it came out.

Yes, thanks, I've seen the two pages in the manual that discuss replacing the rear turn signal and reverse lamps, but don't see any mention of the rear reflectors on the lower part of the bumper.
