WTH are scares?

Thanks everyone!

Many of your 35's seem dark.

With 35's is it easy to see something laying (paperwork, etc.) on the front or rear seats?

Think I may go with 50's on the sides and 35 on the rear...

Plus it's already pre tinted, so it'll be darker than what you're going to put on it. I put 30% on my back windows, but now I wish I had done 40%.
Did you tint your front windows as well? Any pictures of your car around for me to see?

Thanks!

How do you think the dealer scratched your windows? When removing the window sticker?

I actually noticed them on the window when I picked up the car and thought it was dirt. I took the car to the shop the very next day and thought they would clean the windows before tinting them. Once the windows were done, I noticed they were still there! Not that noticeable, but they are there!

Man I wish I could go as dark as you guys. Here in VA the limits are 50% front, 35% rear and rear windshield. And the cops here do not joke around about it.

My car had some weird flakes on them and my installer told me about it, he said it was part of the glass, I was very upset. Then my persistence came through and I started to chip away at it with my nails and it started coming off. Took a long time to take everything off though. Maybe you have that?

i'm still debating on what tint to get, if any. Is tint something easy to take off? I did have 35% all the way around my last car except the windshield (which had no tint) here in Maryland. Cops never bothered me, though my car was registered/tagged in Arizona which has much more relaxed tint laws.

I went 30% all around. I noticed a few "dust" particles on some of the tint.

I had the driver side replaced yesterday and guess what? It still has dusts. Only less noticeable since it's located at a different section of the window.

I think the best place to take it to is one that isn't as busy. These guys were rushing since they have 10 appointments every day.

My previous tint on my old car was perfect. No dust particles anywhere. This was at a lest busy shop. I should have taken it there. The place I took it to was contracted with Lexus.....

Got 35 on the front and 18 in the back. Had 35 all around on my last car and never had cop issues in fix-it happy so cal, where anything on fronts is illegal. Just don't give cops any extra reason to look twice at your car.
