Probably buying new IS 350 F Sport AWD tomorrow
I just sold my 2002 Audi S6, and have test driven every possible sport sedan.
I really like the IS 350 F Sport AWD. The front grill was a minor negative for me,
but I really like everything else about the car, and I am sure the grill will grow on me.
(I already dislike it less).
Tomorrow I will probably buy a 2014 IS 350 F Sport AWD, Grey w/ Red interior and ML sound.
Sticker is $49,717 + $199 “admin fee”.
The salesman’s first offer was a discount of $3,340 + $750 Lexus Finance rebate.
Salesman advised that this discount is below invoice.
I did not counter with anything since I was not ready to buy the car at that time.
I am not interested in the dealer "deals" on extended warranty or service plans,
and just looking for the rock bottom price.

AWD doenst come with 8 speed unfortunately. Funny thing is I had to argue with the "salesman" about that, he was insistant it did, until I pointed him to his own website

I drove the Q50 AWD sport and M37 AWD sport.
Both appeared to look larger, but were not, and I had more headroom in the new IS.
I thought the IS fit/finish and performance was better than either Infinity.
Infinity leather on the cars I drove was a sort of jerky texture.

Signed sale contract today and picking up car tomorrow.
My past cars I knew I would like prior to the test drive, but this car is a real sleeper.
Maybe it was lowered expectations and lack of knowledge, but the entire package is really great.
