This survey might be suspect. Most of the posters seem to be F-250 owners. But the survey is showing there are more 350 owners out there. Lexus is estimating 80% of buyers will buy the 250 over the 350. Math just isn't adding up. Might be wrong though!

The pursuit of F
Take another example on a color poll I had a few months back. Everyone loved USB and was the first choice yet I'm still the only one on the road in all of Toronto I've seen so far. And Toronto is a large city at 7.5 million people. The ISs I've seen have all been the "safer" colors at black, white and silver. So why aren't people buying USB in Canada to reflect the poll? This again lends one to believe there is a more common different type of enthusiast and age demographic in this forum that is more into daring colors, mods, performance, etc versus the real-world "more conservative" IS buyer. Nothing wrong with that, but take these polls with a grain of salt.

I don't think the survey is suspect. It would be if it's sample purported to be representative of/measure the actual universe of 3IS buyers (like a Gallup poll might), but it does not claim to do that. As corradoMR2 suggests, the survey, as the OP intends, attempts to describe the 3IS buying choice sorted by age of those who frequent this forum.

From my observation the last 10 months in the 3IS forum, there are more 350 enthusiasts than 250 ones and under the middle-age group in this forum so I'm not surprised by the poll results.
