So last night on a long drive I decided to go through the XM stations one by one, just to see what they had. By the time I hit channel 158, my whole radio paused (frozed), the screen will black out, then the music and screen will come back and the cycle repeats about 5-10 times. Then the whole system reboots. I also found that all my presets are gone and the GPS settings seem to be at default?

I confirmed it again tonight by turning the dial to 158.

If anyone is willing to risk losing their radio station presets, can they test it out too? I used the tune dial to reach channel 158.

I know this issue can be avoided since I don't listen to spanish radio, but something like this shouldn't be happening.

EDIT: This is also after the update from the dealer. I can't confirm if it happened before since I never tried it.

i'm sure if you can reproduce this that this is a bug with the system. Working in software industry for over 12 years, i know nothing is bug free especially on a first year system with SD card on a new IS nav. This should be addressed with software updates. I would see if you could identify the issue with lexus corporate and your dealer.

would be good if other people could repro the problem as well..
