Spotted two new 3IS cars within mere minutes of each other
I'm so happy! During today's afternoon commute down I-5, I saw:
1. IS250 Fsport silver/black w Lexus of Carlsbad paper license
2. IS250 non-Fsport nebula/brown w Lexus of San Diego paper license
These are the first 3IS cars I've ever seen on the road and it all happened within 5 minutes of each other!

There are times when I'm shocked at how small the car is. Usually looking at it from the back... it can look very narrow and small sometimes. There are other times it looks like a much larger car, usually from the back quarter-panel view.
I had the same feeling about the 2IS, sometimes it seemed a little small. I don't remember ever thinking it was large. As John says, the third generation is larger than the second generation. I hope they stop growing, though. The BMW 3 is now as large as the old BMW 5. These companies need to stop growing all of their cars each year.
