How did you go about contacting them?

What a lie they are telling us!

I sent a registered letter to the Director of Lexus.

I drive a 2015, and the seat warmers have been more than hot enough. In fact, the seat back seems to get hot when the seat coolers are turned on.
But, I live in Louisiana and it's Summer still. So, that's hardly a test.

Take a trip to Wisconsin in the dead of winter and let us know what you think then.

Any response?

I had it out with Lexus Customer Service yesterday.

The way in which this is being handled is awful.

Not sure where to go from here.

I have a 2015 F-Sport and haven't been in a 2014 so I can't compare. These are some of the best seat warmers I've ever had. Not only do they heat up twice as fast as all of my previous cars, they get hotter to. In fact, I typically don't keep them on max for long as it gets uncomfortably hot.

In what temperature have you tested this? It may feel warm at 50-70 degrees F, but there are some of us who live in states with colder winters (0 degrees or below).

My 2014 seat warmers are pretty good. Takes about 60-90 seconds to feel them, but much better than my G35 and slightly better than my Acura's. Subaru had the best ones, but these aren't far off.

This seems to have been a 2014 issue and was corrected for the 2015s (from what I've read). My 2015 works nicely.

Please review these two threads and post in them in detail.

I’ve been complaining since new, and it’s disgusting how Lexus has treated me.

And after posting, please keep us updated.

Any updates?

Anyone get Lexus to either admit to or fix the problem!?

I'm getting fed up!

Used the seat heater in my 2014 F Sport this morning for the first time at about 5000 feet elevation here in Utah with snow on the ground. I put the heater on the Max setting and honestly wasn't sure if they were on 10 minutes into my commute. My old 2004 accord would have been burning my a$$ off at that point.

I'll be picking my 2015 3IS in 13 days, I'll let you know how well it works. Too many people who live in warmer climates say the seat warmers work fine (well duh!). We'll see how it works here in Chicago lol.
