reduce engine power

reduce engine power
moorning ,
since month i face that issue " reduce engine power " and i went to check and i found : charge air cooler temperature sensor !
the power is reduce too much and turbo also reduce if i bush from zero !
also i search about this sensor but i not found any thing about it !

Welcome to the forum!
Below is a pic of where the sensor is located. I suggest first confirm it is plugged in and the connector/wires are not damaged.

i disconnect and i see the turbo gauge off and the pointer in red zone " No safety "
also check engine not working during i disconnect this sensor
i think i have issue in car electricity

If you disconnected the sensor and the car reacted by turning the turbo gauge off and the pointer went into the red zone "No Safety", then I suspect the car's electrical system is fine.
The check engine light not coming on might be okay...sometimes the computer has to see the error on at least two drive cycles before it triggers the light.
Without further testing that would require a Techstream, I would suggest replacing the sensor.
