I currently have the front and rear set at the stiffest damper settings due to the aggressive stance im running. The ride however is still very comfortable. I have adjusted the ride height settings a few times already and they are very easy to do. The stiffer suspension handles great especially when cornering, I like to test it out when entering/exiting the freeway ramps.

I know some say the price for the coilovers are steep, but they truly put alot of R&D into these and im sure once other companies release their coilovers for the 3IS the RS*R coils will still be one of the best to choose from.
Great quick review! I can't wait to install mine!

Looks awesome man...I had coils and always worry about "bounce" do you get any with the RS*R coils? I'm personally considering just doing springs to close up the gap a bit I love the sport + mode too much to lose it along with the ride quality but looks awesome man see you around Miami!

Besides suspension adjustment and faster throttle response; does Sport+ Mode effect WHP/Torque?

No, throttle tip in is just more aggressive in Sport+ mode but peak numbers are not affected. Also, the steering ratio is cut a bit.

Sorry to thread jack.

But how about the stiffness of the steering? Is that effected at all?

So going coils will only disengage Sport+?

Yes, that is what I meant by the steering ratio being cut. It is noticeably stiffer, though not exactly day and night, in Sport+ mode.

Yes, installing coil's causes you to lose the sport + mode.

These coils are amazing, definitely a great buy to anyone considering getting a set. My boy Adrian just got a set for his 3IS too. #TeamRSR

you can always go with some RSR springs and maintain the sport+ mode

Hey do you have issue with car scraping? I want to lower about 1.3 inch on stock wheel.

With a 1.3" drop you shouldn't have any issues with scraping. My car is lowered 2-2.5" so I do scrape a little on hard turns.
