They did this on my GS 1 week old to the rocker panel under the drivers door. These techs get so comfortable in their job and lazy they probably use their feet more than their hands and head to do most of it.

As for the dealer who caused the issue...I live in Des Moines, IA and the dealer is 2 hours due west. I think it can be narrowed down
