Default Phone contact photos not popping up
Does anyone know how to get pics for your contacts to pop up on the gauge cluster? I can't seem to figure it out. My delivery specialist knows it can be done but he had no clue how to set it up. Neither did my salesguy. At the ride & drive event it was talked about for 10 mins by the instructor going over new key features on the car. All my contacts are downloaded into the car. Hope someone knows how to do this. Thanks!

I was told it would do this also but I have tried everything and can't get it to work.

currently does NOT work with iPhone...same as Messages...

hopefully with ios7 it will work just like Droids...

Messages should work. ios6 has BT MAP capability. Just make sure you go to your bluetooth profile and enable it.

Text messages work. Go to bluetooth profile of the Lexus and click arrow next to it then make sure notification is checked. Email doesn't work with iOS though.

I don't think Lexus wants to get sued by such features. It does have predefined quick replies.

Yes I have an iPhone and that really sucks! With such a popular phone how can they not make it compatible? Makes no sense....so why bother with Siri eyes on other models smh

These features are all phone dependent. Can't blame Lexus for something Apple doesn't do, for example allow replies to text messages and call photos. That's all Apple.

The problem lies with Apple, not Lexus. Apple has very high restrictions in their software.

So, which phones does it work on? Is there a phone that supports ALL features?

I have a Nokia Lumia 920, and being a very good phone in every other aspect, it's not very compatible with the IS 300h...

Check compatibility at lexus.no. It is probably the Windows Phone that puts restrictions.
