Well I ended up taking the black one back to the dealer because I absolutely HATED the black and got this beauty. I just bit the bullet and upgraded.

Good choice ^ I'm running the same thing. At least this one is dyno proven to improve performance on the 2IS...I don't trust the open conical intakes to draw in as much air as the stock cold air box.

It's quiet but actual torque gains with it. I have the oem filter but my next step is actually to get that HKS dry filter.
I believe there's a vendor that sells it or contact JoeZ

I didn't think anybody besides K&N made a replacement filter for the 3IS yet. Do you have the part number for the HKS?

I'm not sure yet. I'm going to email them to see and also might try the 06-13 to see how off is the box

So way much better than stock - love the LOOK & deep sound - VERY polished!
