Dealership in california sent me this today, my baby is ready to be delivered! will be arriving tomorrow in my driveway.. excited!!

I think it happens to people on the forum on their phone. If you scroll down past the last post of the thread you're in, it goes right into a "related thread" that often isn't even in the same model subforum. So if you're not completely paying attention you could easily post your comment into a random thread like this.
On my phone now, and the next related thread below was a 2IS interior photograph thread.
