Do you happen to have part# of new brakes?

The GF F-Sport brakes are larger and different than the IS F-Sport ones, the TSB doesn't really apply to the type of brakes on the IS.

The 2014 IS350 F-Sport has the same brakes as the US-spec 06-08 IS350 and Canada-spec 06-13 IS350.

My 250 has a LOT of brake dust on the front wheels. After only driving 30-40 miles, it's already caked on my wheels:

I remember this issue on my 2IS as well, the 2008 model anyway. I don't recall this being so bad on my 2011 IS.

3IS IS350 brakes seem the same as the 2IS IS350. On Sewell you can choose between low dust and high friction

I'll wait for TSIB. When I sprayed water into the wheel, so much dust came out it even stained my drive way.

We GS F Sport owners have lots of brake dust on our front wheels after a day of driving. There has been no TSB for excessive brake dust, only for squeaky brakes (which mine doesn't have). I wash my front wheels every other day. I've just gotten used to it. Even the various brake dust repellents don't seem to work.

On my 2IS, I switched to ceramic pads and the dust issue was completely eliminated.
Out of curiosity, what year is your 2IS? Just purchased a 2012 and notice the brake dust build up.. When the time is right, id like to consider the pads you purchased. Do you find braking quality to be sacrificed or different?

Thanks

There is no TSB. Lexus states it's normal for F-sport models and already mentioned in spec. I already changed the pads to non-sport. Definitely a lot less dust.

Has braking performance degraded in any way?

Nope. Braking is the same. If you do change pads very likely you will have to resurface the rotors. Mine already had grooves on the rotors.
