Really strong stuff..
Is this the one? I don't think it will work for my case since stains came from solvent based tire dressing not from brake dust. But I will probably have to get one bottle for brake dust cleaning job for the wheels.

Yes. That's the product I'm talking about.

It's very strong and pretty much desolves anything... And the stronger cleaning products are, the worse they smell
Wear plastic gloves when applying it, and don't breathe in the fumes

In scandinavia we have a degreasing product called prickbort, that desolves everything oil based, even the undercarrige treatment. I imagine this also would remove the tire dressing spots, but it is not avalible in the rest of EU or US. I don't know what other degreaser that would be that strong, other than iron x.
If the tire dressing ressidue is based on acid maybe bilthamber Surfex HD can remove it.

I se you have already tried polishing with scratch x. Have you tried some stronger compunds? Meguairs diamond cut compund on a rotating polishing machine with a hard rough cutting pad maybe would do the job.

Not even a LS F-Sport. My dealer said they sell mostly non F-Sport for all models. I was told It is due to the age of their customer base.

I tried 3M adhesive remover it made the stain less noticeable. I'm gonna try Iron X since the stain may be from brake dust too.

ooooooh looks very nice actually .

Try an all purpose cleaner, a degreaser and tar remover as well. Hopefully those should sort it out.

My last 2012 is was StarFire pearl. I always got stains from the road and tire dressing that no matter what I put on it never came out. And I tried tar remover, solvent that I got from a specialty car supply company etc. that's one if the reasons I veered away from getting the ultra white in myb2014. And the grease that gets kicked up on the lower panels from the rain in a pain to get out. At least I can't see them on my black car, lol

My tire dressing doesnt sling so never had that problem, even in the wet. I cant say i have any problems with my paint to be honest. In fact it seems much better than the 2nd gen Obsidian RX i had prior. It swirled like a *****.
