Any other owners of the 2014 IS? Or am I a rare breed currently?

Love the striking front end on Obsidian and the Rioja Red contrast. . Looking forward to mine in about 9 more weeks.

What % light for your tints are you getting? I was on the fence thinking I want the red interior to show through contrasting with the black exterior, but clear windows are never as nice as tinted in my experience. So please post more pics after the tinting as it may convince me to get them as well.

I get the same tint all the time. It's 15%. I get all the windows the same and i have used the same tint Dealer for the last 15 years . it's fairly dark but it looks so great. I will for sure post pics afterwards. The tint will change the entire look of the car, I can't wait. I always feel naked without my windows tinted cause people can see me when I don't have them tinted, lol!!

In Santa Monica, laws must be different. A 15% tint all around would surely get us a ticket in Toronto. We can safely go to 35% in the front windows and darker the rest of the rear windows but the law is so vague and subjective that if the officer cannot see you clearly (seat belt on, texting, eye contact, etc), you risk getting a ticket at his/her discretion.

Looking forward to your tint pics!

Hi

The laws are the same here. I just don't get pulled over. I watch for cops and roll down windows. Plus due to my line of work I don't get ticketed.

Thank you yes it's stunning in person and gorgeous against the black outside of the car. I first saw the red interior on the white fsport but I don't now I wasn't really thrilled with it with the white colored car but once I saw it on the black I had to have it

Smile picked my IS350 july 3rd

Love the car.
Had to settle for color inside or wait 4 months.
Only two problems.
1. only 18" wheels available and real rough ride on New York streets
2. active noise cancellation make driving with the sunroof open impossible.
will see if the deal can resolve this tomorrow

Ride is rough? Do you have the F-Sport and if so, any difference between Normal or in Sport+? What car did you have prior?
