Hey Everyone! I have started looking for a 2015 Lexus IS250 F-Sport over the memorial weekend in Southern California area, went to two different dealers to check it out and get some numbers:
Here is the best offer so far,

$42,763.11 OTD

Assuming no extra fees and add-ons, you're in the neighborhood of $500 under invoice. Not bad, but others have been posting deals in So Cal for better than $2000 under invoice recently, so work them a bit more.
But when you say $12k miles/year, it sounds more like a lease than a purchase.

I am also confused. And while I can duplicate the car configuration at Edmunds.com and get the same MSRP, invoice is actually $38771.
Assuming no extra fees and add-ons, you're in the neighborhood of $500 under invoice. Not bad, but others have been posting deals in So Cal for better than $2000 under invoice recently, so work them a bit more.

My bad
remove the 12k miles/year. It is for conventional purchase, I got that invoice price from Truecar.com.

People have been posting deals as under $2000 under invoice which is in the ballpark of your deal. Look up invoice pricing at Edmunds.com or other car sites. Invoice on that car is $45413.

I got a quote from one dealership and used it to negotiate an even better price from another dealership. Numbers are based on a 2015 IS 350 AWD with Executive Package (same as Luxury plus Navigation packages I believe for US customers). I'm in Alberta, Canada so price is $CDN:
MSRP = $54,300
Incentives = $4000
1st payment free = $2000
Interest over 2 years = $560
OTD = $54,400
I also received for free the following:
MSRP = $54,300

$425/month for 10K miles/36mths
I received a similar figure for NY dealers last year, it's b/s. You should wait a bit longer, until the December to Remember sales event at the end of Nov, which is when I bought my car last year and saved about 4.8k (I could have gotten 5.2k off if I bought in Dec). I found the dealers in NY to be a bit more expensive so I bought my car in NJ. You'll probably need to finance 7.5k (it's a Lexus min) to get the deal done. Good luck.

If so, that's a decent discount - the money factor is great - I thought the 36/10k residual was 65% but it might have been lowered because of where we are in the model year. All in all, looks like a nice deal - 445 a month to drive a $50k car a few years - not bad!
Are you working with more than one dealer? If you could get that 10% discount to 12-13%, the payment would be reduced to around 400 - an even sweeter deal. You're nearing the end of the month and a holiday weekend, so that might help in your negotiations.

Anyone from Seattle area got good deals? It seems very hard to get deals here. So for, I can only get ~5% off MSRP on 2015 IS250 base model + premium package + backup camera. Any suggestion/comments? Thanks.

It's really hard in Seattle. I went to the dealership in Lynnwood. Got ~4k off MSRP so almost 10%. There's an Asian salesman at Lexus Of Bellevue that offered ~2k off MSRP without me even asking about it. You could try your luck there, his name was Sun if I remember correctly.
