deal is? I've seen someone in here with much better deal back and I'm afraid I might regret it when a better deal comes up.
The 12.5% discount is not bad - what is the money factor on the lease? Get a quote for 24 months - payment is sometimes better because of the higher residual. Do you really need the 15k miles or was that the dealer's choice?

Update - with a 71% residual and .0009 money factor, your payment should be around $416 a month incl tax on a 24/12k lease with zero drive off.

Here is the rundown with 60% RV $23,000. The deal looks very good. Below Invoice! Not sure where $375 rebate came from but who cares! Take the deal man.

Can you make your calculator screenshots smaller?

Why not just try typing the pertinent info like, months, miles, residual, money factor, and payment. Or, if you can't do that, just PM the screenshots to the individual who needs/requested it. We all don't need to see those gigantic screen shots.

Curious and got a rough estimate on a is350 fsport fully loaded with navigation/ML, BSM, Spoiler and illuminated door sills.

2015 Lexus IS350 Fsport
MSRP$ 49473
Sale $44294
MF maybe .00105
RV didn't ask I'm assuming 65%

36m 10k for $425 plus tax with $996 down.

I might just drive my IS250 until the lease is almost over. I didn't get the car appraised but I'm sure it will be a big lost.

Thats 100$ less than what I got my 350 for and it looks like the same build. I'd look at other dealers inventory and try and have them beat that price but it seems pretty fair to me.

You could probably get a good idea of what your car's actual cash trade in value is by making a short visit to Carmax - that way you know exactly where you stand at this point. You are right about having negative equity but who knows - you might catch a dealer at just the right time and cut a good deal that takes a little of the sting out. Also, you sound like a good candidate for a shorter term lease - because of the higher residual (73%), the payment on your cited deal is about the same (465 incl tax) for a 24 month lease.

That MSRP isn't correct unless there are things you didn't tell us, such as if it is AWD. If it is AWD, then you paid about $500 over invoice which isn't bad IMO.

At 6% off msrp, it's not on par with other TX deals we've seen here but you got $3k off msrp, so not that bad either. In the scheme of things, if you plan to keep the car 5 years or longer, it won't make much difference anyway - you got yourself a great car!

Congrats and enjoy!
