Seattle/Eastside checking in. Dealer: Lexus of Bellevue.
Just got my new 2015 IS 250 AWD base today. Options: premium package and backup camera, along with dealer-installed trunk mat, rear-bumper applique, and wheel locks. Perfectly optioned for my tastes (don't care too much for F-Sport) and picked it up straight off the lot.
MSRP: $41,304
Paid: $38,952 (5.7% off MSRP)
Got the highest end of KBB's price target on my trade. They wouldn't budge on the price, but they continued to add trade-in value for me. All told, not bad since Truecar and other sources quote a target price of $40,4XX. It's hard up here, ok?
I'm happy with the deal I got. Negotiations took about 2 hours. Ask for Tommy.

Hey, if you're happy with the deal, that's what matters most - you're correct, from what I've observed on this forum, Washington is a difficult market for buyers of these cars. Actually, you probably got a little more discount cooked into the inflation of your trade value, so all in all, you did well. If you keep the car a long time, your purchase price now is not going to be much of a factor.
Congrats and enjoy your new IS!!!

Most likely it's either the extra fees or they changed the MF. Ask them to show you rent charges it should be $1680 for 24/m and $2397 for 36/m using .0009mf, i have a feeling that for 24m it is much higher. download this app on the iphone car payment

Way to stick with it jman - that sounds way better than the other numbers you were getting. And depending on any excess mileage/damage, if any, at the end of the lease, you'll get your 3375 back.

Thank you! I'm loving it!
Sounds like a great deal too!
Nope. Brand new 2015 with 22 miles on it before I test drove. I did all the negotiations via the internet across SoCal and just sent internet quotes around to see who could beat the price if they had the car in stock. I was lucky, and the dealership did not have the exact MSRP I wanted, but it was pretty close (it had the additional illuminated door sills which was another $425 on top of my MSRP) but I got them to price match to the deal that I wanted for the lower MSRP. So all in all, I did not have to do much negotiating while I was at the dealership. They took what I had in writing, matched it with the car they had in stock, and it was pretty much a done deal.

Ask them abouttax pool. Ask them if the tax is 6.25 or 1.5%
Also ask if the $650 will
Includes the 1st paymnet? If so the munbers match. If you have to make 1st payment on top of $650 the payment should drop

One dealer said the tax pool does not exist and said I have done way too much research or someone is posting incorrect information lol.
