Is this is250 or 350????
Hello all, thank you for the help on leasing! Here is my new quote from a dealership in Texas (6.25% Tax on total price of vehicle)
MSRP: $41,915
Negotiated Price: $36,705
Residual: 65% (24 months = $30,655.62) (36mo. = $27,296.10)
Money Factor: .00090
Cap Cost: $39,406 (TTL, + Fees )
Monthly payments:
$455.41 for 24mo.
$415.03 for 36mo.
$0 down. First months payment on Lexus.
No security deposits...I'm told that it does not effect the money factor, only the residual. Not sure on that.
Deal or no deal?

You mean 250. The crafted line isn't available on the 350

The price is good but i am not so sure you got .0009 MF or they added a few packages about $800 worth on the 24/m deal. The 36/m is only off by $500 or so

When you lease a car, getting a good price is the only half the battle, you can still get screwed on the MF and other fees or both! Most buyers dont know that and happy with the price!

I'm aware of what you are pointing out FastTags, but if you are referring to cleeeoo's posted deal, I assumed (maybe cleeeoo can confirm) that it was a conventional purchase, which if it was, it's a great deal (with no trade involved and good finance rate if financed).
