What are people's monthly payment looking like? I priced out an is350 f sport with all packages I wanted to about 47k. Figured after some haggling and an 8k or so down payment I'd need a loan for about 36k or so. Did a quick loan calculation with a 5 yr term at around 2% and I'm looking at around $650 a month...that seem right?

BSM
VGRS
PCS/Radar Cruise
Rear Sunshade
Rear Spoiler
Tint & Card Key programming

I'll be paying invoice ($46433) + $600 (doc fee) + tax/license

vs. my 2014 I'm looking forward to having ventilated seats and getting the color I originally wanted (ventilated and atomic silver not avail on F-Sport in 2014).
Sweet - glad to see you able to work the deal you were looking for!

All new IS250 around Chicago land are priced at $43k and dealers say there is no wiggle room, all other used 250's are at around $36k so I'm feeling like getting it for $33k is fair enough but it looks like people here are getting them for less... maybe its just Chicago market?

Are you saying they won't come off msrp? Even the tight markets around the country are getting $2-3k off sticker. I'm not sure you'll get anyone to come $3k off a clean used 3IS unless they've got it way overpriced.

Are those prices from walking in the dealer or contacting via Internet? You must use the Internet to get the best price.
Isolated markets like Denver tend to be really tough with pricing due to lack of competition. Even in Phoenix the pricing is not great I had to go to CA.

I went to two dealerships trying to get a good deal on new IS250 or IS350 and they pretty much weren't going down at all.

Those are all internet prices. Eventually I came to the dealership but it started from emails.

Im going to look at this this weekend.
15 250 F Sport AWD with Navi 5,661 miles silver with black interior and its not CPO
Its in Ohio and they are asking $39,985. I haven't looked at it or even talked with the Lexus dealership yet but it seems like a good price.

Picked-up my IS today to replace the Audi. Still have the exterior plastic coverings until Sunday when it goes in for Xpel and Opticoat.

Paid 46,642 (UW/RR, Nav, ML, VGRS, Wheel Locks, mats) OTD in the DC Metro Area.
